Nurse Mara BSN RN is here to help you incorporate evidence-based practices both from Eastern and Western medicine to best support yourself holistically in life.
Nurse Mara has experience working in top level acute and chronic traditional Western Medical institutions as well as continuing studies in eastern culture and wellness (herbalism, ayurveda, meditation). She has completed Level 1&2 sound healing certification through CME. She is also a 200hr RYT with LilaFlow Yoga through Yoga Alliance. She completed her BSN at Northeastern University with minor in Health Science. She is now pursuing an MSN to become a Nurse Midwife and Women's Health NP at Georgetown University.

She is experienced in working with interdisciplinary teams which include MDs, NPs, PAs, OTs, PTs, etc. Nurse Mara is here to help guide you on your wellness journey with Personal Wellness Consultations. Whether you have a problem and don't know where to look for the answer, or you're having trouble communicating with your medical team...Nurse Mara is here to help.
